Q2 2025 Real Estate Market Report

Southeastern Wisconsin’s real estate market continued to demonstrate steady strength and adaptability in Q2. Despite persistent interest rate concerns and affordability pressures, demand remained solid, with volume growth in nearly every county and price stability across the board.

Across the nine counties Compass tracks, total sales volume rose 10.1% year-over-year, showing strong engagement from buyers despite limited inventory. While total transactions increased by 1.6%, the median sales price climbed 5.2%, indicating that buyer competition is still supporting home values. Days on Market (DOM) decreased by 11.6%, reflecting urgency in several segments.
